Associate/Junior Associate

We are seeking an Associate/Junior Associate. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and eager to build a career in the field of consensus building and public dispute resolution. Junior Associates typically have an undergraduate degree and some experience in relevant fields and collaboration practices, while Associates typically have Master’s level training, and/or strong equivalent skills and experience in relevant fields and collaboration practices. Senior Facilitator/Mediator

We are always keen to hear from seasoned colleagues working on multi-party public collaboration who might be interested in working with us!  Senior CBI practitioners and consultants are talented, experienced, and entrepreneurial professionals with substantial experience in multi-stakeholder problem-solving, multi-party negotiations, public policy mediation, and large group process design and facilitation.
